Hitachi dusctile iron swing Check Valve
1. A general valve based on the 10K type. Can be used for a range of specifications.
2. A tensile valve (not easy to break because of impact & temperature expansion)
3. The main parts are mostly stainless steel (13 % Cr SS) which is far more resistant to abrasion than bronze parts
4. Using graphite gasket & graphite steam packing that can handle high temperature
5. For saturated steam up to 9.8 bar pressure
6. The 150lb type also supports threaded ends. Please refer to the ANSI B 1.20.1 (1983) American pipe thread specifications for dimensions of joints.

- DN-40 to DN-200 size
- JIS-10K flange connection
- Body: Ductile iron
- Disc: 13 % Cr SS
- Seat ring: 13 % Cr SS
- Gasket: 304 SS plate with graphoil layer on both side
- Packing: Expanded graphite with 304 SS reinforced
